Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. We currently do not ship to Germany or Russia. Optional Express shipping may be available for eligible US destinations; any upgrade fee is shown before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery

Delivery typically takes 7–15 days (about 1–2 weeks) from the order date, depending on destination, carrier and product. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking and customs

We send tracking information by email when the order ships. Tracking may take a little time to update. Depending on the destination, customs duties, import taxes or other fees may apply and may be payable by the customer where required by local rules.
